Ubisoft has released a free Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update on PS5 and PS5 Pro. New Game+ is among the additions, alongside an Enhanced Progression Mode, a revised power calculation and two achievements.
PS5 Pro players also receive upgraded PSSR support. Ubisoft says the implementation targets sharper, more stable upscaling while retaining a 60fps Quality mode. That performance description comes from the developer; we have not independently benchmarked it.
The announcement concerns an update to the existing game, not a new Assassin’s Creed release. Platform-specific features should be checked against Ubisoft’s full notes before installing.
