Paradox Interactive has released State and Revolution, a new immersion pack for Victoria 3 focused on Russia. The publisher confirmed its availability on 5 November.

The pack adds journal content shaped by the ruling tsar’s traits, changing revolutionary outcomes and a Russian Civil War. It also includes national struggles involving Poland, Ukraine and Belarus, alongside historical characters and cosmetic content.

Paradox lists a suggested price of €14.99 and includes the pack in Victoria 3’s Volume 3 expansion pass. This is an announcement report; we have not reviewed the new content.
